Terms and Definitions
Consent - This is the present consent for the processing of personal data.
Company or Operator - LLS "Rassvet."
Operator - The company organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
User — an individual filling out web forms on the website https://www.be1st.pro/ and its subdomains *.be1st.pro/.
Personal Data — surname, name, patronymic, email address, contact phone, payment details of the User.
Right Holder — a person with exclusive rights to specific software.
Distributor — a person who purchases software and/or licenses and/or similar assets for the purpose of subsequent realization to individuals who are not end users of the software and/or licenses and/or similar assets.
Reseller — a person who sells software and/or licenses and/or similar assets to end users.
By accepting this, the User gives their consent to the Company for:
processing personal data, including automated processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, including in Company documents, clarification, use, distribution, anonymization, blocking, destruction, recording on electronic media, and their storage;
the transfer of personal data and documents containing them to the following third parties: right holders, distributors, resellers, other third parties, if necessary for the Company to fulfill its obligations to the User related to commercial agreements between the Company and the User, including (but not limited to) the purchase of software, licenses, related services, with the possibility of their subsequent processing, including automated processing, and storage for the following purposes: meeting User requests for the purchase of software, licenses, related services, including services on the Internet.
The Company guarantees the confidentiality of the information received from the User and the responsibility of the above-mentioned third parties for the confidentiality of the information received from the User.
This consent is given for an indefinite period.
This consent can be revoked at any time by providing the Company with a statement in simple written form at the address: Moscow, Pervomaiskoye, Lugovaya Street, bldg. 20Aс1, with the note "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data." To unsubscribe from receiving electronic messages from the Company, use the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of each email.
The User guarantees that the provided information is complete, accurate, and truthful, and that when providing information, the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights, and interests of third parties are not violated. All provided information is filled out by the User personally.
By clicking the "YES" button, the User confirms that they have read the text of the Consent, understood it, and agrees with the terms and limitations of this Consent. The User confirms the fact of providing guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, truthfulness of the provided information, non-violation of the rights of third parties, compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and that the provided personal data relate to the User personally.
